These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by المصطفى كول (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and your purchase of air conditioning products and related services (including installation and maintenance) in the Arab Republic of Egypt. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website, placing an order, or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our website or services.
All prices listed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of relevant local taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price effective at the time of order confirmation.
We endeavor to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all details are error-free. The actual product may vary slightly from the images shown.
Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. It confirms that we have received your request.
Acceptance: Final acceptance occurs when we process the payment and confirm product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to our authorized courier or installer upon delivery.

Risk Transfer: The risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon physical delivery of the products to the address specified in your order.
Inspection: You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damage or missing items must be reported to the courier and AL-Mostafa Cool Customer Service immediately.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the installation location is ready for service, including:
Access to the site.
Sufficient and safe electrical supply capacity for the unit.
Necessary structural integrity for mounting the indoor and outdoor units.
Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions (if required for the location).
Standard installation covers the placement of units and connection of standard-length pipes and wiring. Any work exceeding the standard scope (e.g., extra piping length, specialized drilling, civil works) will be subject to additional charges, which will be quoted and agreed upon with the customer prior to execution.
While our certified technicians take reasonable care, AL-Mostafa Cool is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, hidden pipes, or inadequate electrical wiring at the installation site.
All air conditioning units are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. AL-Mostafa Cool acts as a facilitator of sales and is not the ultimate warrantor of the product’s performance. Warranty claims for the unit itself must be directed to the manufacturer’s authorized service center, as specified in the product documentation.
AL-Mostafa Cool provides a separate limited warranty covering the workmanship of the installation for a period of [e.g., 90 days or 6 months] from the date of installation. This warranty covers leaks, connection failures, or other issues directly related to the physical installation performed by our team.
In no event shall AL-Mostafa Cool, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the service or the products purchased, beyond the original purchase price of the product or service itself.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AL-Mostafa Cool or its content suppliers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
